We process orders within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated during checkout. Shipping timeframes may vary depending on your location and shipping method. We are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.


4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been opened or used.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.

🚫 All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an item has been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery.


This policy ensures the safety, freshness, and integrity of every order we ship.


✅ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to support@nappilyrooted.com with:

If approved, we will issue:
